Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is personalized medicine?

Personalized medicine focuses on preventing and reversing chronic disease through in-depth testing and individualized treatment protocols, rather than addressing symptoms and treating a patient in a cookie-cutter approach after a disease has manifested.  Check out our personalized medicine page to get all the details on this cutting-edge approach to medicine!

Am I a candidate for personalized medicine?

The personalized medicine approach requires extensive work between a patient and their provider.  It requires hard work, dedication, and throwing out previous notions of conventional medicine treatments.  It puts emphasis on education and empowering the patient to control their health outcomes and reach health goals.  Contact us for details on an upcoming education event so we can help you make an educated decision as to whether or not you're a candidate for personalized medicine.

How can I become a patient?

Contact us and one of our team members will be in touch with you shortly with details about how you can become a patient, invite you to a talk, and answer any other questions you may have.

What if I don't live near your office?

No problem! In our region, we know distances are determined by the number of hours it will take to travel rather than miles and at CIH, we want health to be something that is accessible to everyone.  We also understand that people have busy lives and minimal free time, so we have developed programs that allow you to reach your ideal health. We offer resources to allow you to reach your health goals from the comfort of your own home.

Does insurance cover this & how much does it cost?

Since personalized medicine is just as it sounds - personalized - it is impossible for us to know the answer to these questions without getting to know you and discussing your health goals.  You may be a perfect fit for Talks with the Doc where she will answer these questions and many more!  Contact us to get information on upcoming talks and to get scheduled!
